Block Leave Policy To complement HDB’s existing risk management practices and align our internal control measures with industry practice as well as to promote work-life integration, HDB sta who perform job functions that are prone to fraud are subject to Mandatory Block Leave (MBL) of five consecutive working days per calendar year.
